As Requested...

So, I had several requests about the mysterious Photo Editing Program that I referred to in my previous post. And since I love nothing more than helping out my friends, I will reveal my secret to all of you (But I'm counting it as my good deed for the week.), and I will try not to sound too much like an infomercial.

You ready?
It's called Picnik.
It will change your life.

Basically, it's Disneyland for photographers.
The possibilities really are (almost) endless.

-You can put mascara, lipstick, blush on someone.
-You can change a person's eye color, make their eye's brighter, make their teeth whiter, erase wrinkles, give them highlights, make them tan.
-You can airbrush (this might be my favorite.)
-You can change your picture to look like a 1960's polaroid.
-You can make people look skinnier (actually, this might be my favorite.)
-You can crop, adjust exposure, change coloring to anything you want, brighten, lighten, focus, soften, (I feel like this could be the chorus in a musical...) make it gritty, make it vibrant, make it neon, make it goofy, make it anything your heart desires.
-You can cross process it. (Honestly, not really sure what this means, but love what it does to my photos.)

The best part is, it takes about 30 seconds to sign up, and some of it is free! (Some is not though - give it a try and see if it's right for you.)
It costs $4.95 for one month or $24.95 for one year.
There's no hardware to install, no user's manual, and it's sooo easy to use.
(And can I just say that beats a $500 program that you'll never learn to use.)

Now you know.
Can't wait to see your new and improved photos!

Happy clicking...

A California Outline

Remember in 8th grade when you had to do outlines for English and then you graduated from High School and you thought you'd never have to see one again?

Well, you were wrong.

Our recent California vacation was so jam-packed with action that I can think of no other way to possibly summarize all the madness into one post except in an outline. (This excludes "The Wedding" - which deserves a post all it's own; and so it shall have one.) So sit back and enjoy yourself as we travel back in time to English 101.
Welcome to class.

"The Only Thing More Fleeting Than Summer...
... Is Childhood."
