Details about July 16th:
-It was 7,392,085,827,348 degrees. It was hotter than the hottest section of hell in the middle of summer under a tin roof in a sweat suit. I stepped on a piece of gum in the parking lot, and for a second I actually thought my shoe sole had melted onto the blacktop. That's summer in Arizona apparently.
-My little fiery red-headed brother (whom I love dearly) married his sweetheart Becca who is the cutest, most graceful, and darling girl.
-It's possible that we didn't plan our morning real well and ended up cramming 10 people into our van, but I can neither confirm nor deny.
-It's also possible that someone (and maybe another someone) forgot their temple recommend. again.
-I'm praying for a honeymoon Mexican-red-headed-little-mini-Brendan.
I cannot. even. imagine.
-We took no less than 7,000 pictures and not a single one had all of us looking normal.
-But normal sucks.
-Did I mention that it was BAH-LAZ-ING hot and I wanted to punch every person that tried to touch me. (Some people get hangry. I don't. I get hotry. Hot + Angry = Hotry. I turn into a temperamental toddler when the thermometer rises above 95, and I'm not even apologizing for it.)
-Brooklyn was over-the-top emotional and cried half the morning for absolutely no apparent reason. Turns out I'm not the only one who gets hotry.
-A week later we had a reception in California where my mom single-handedly attempted to put every wedding guest into a diabetic coma. And almost succeeded.
-My grandparents are the sweetest, cutest, nicest people and I love them all.
-Not only was the dessert table unbeatable, but the dinner was culinary gold + I got to take home 3 bags of it and we've eaten it for 3 weeks and it's still good.
-It's too bad Bailey isn't loved at all. Sheesh.
-Our family dance moves are unrivaled. And we don't even pull out our best moves because we don't want to make the others on the dance floor feel inadequate in our presence.
(Just spit my drink out over my computer screen reading this back. Sarcasm? Or truth? You'll never know.)
-We are so excited to have Becca in our family and we love them both to pieces.
(And that Mexi-red-headed baby better be here soon, that's all I'm sayin.)
