Things I Want to Remember About Brittany's Wedding:
1.) We ALMOST missed it.
Woke up late + Forgot Bailey's birth certificate + Turned around to get it + Realized we wouldn't make our flight + Turned back around + Had to have Luke's mom pick up our house key from our landlord + Turns out it was the wrong key + She broke into our house and safe + Couldn't find the birth certificate. We ended up using a texted picture of her immunization record. Bless the flight desk lady who let us on that plane.
2.) We ventured to the LA Flower Mart for {spoiler alert} flowers and found all + more than we were looking for. Also, we almost hit a Tesla with a run-away flower cart RIGHT in front of a cop. Not our finest moment.
3.) The set-up was a whole-family affair and included lots of Wendy's food + all the nursery toys + some runway modeling by Bailey + the antique window from Hades + all the display items falling off the stage and almost taking me with them + a few melt-downs + a pretty great time.
4.) The all-ladies pre-wedding Brunch with all the grandmas, sisters, moms, and sister-in-laws. Good food. Good people.
5.) Everything turned out beautiful.
6.) The Luncheon before the ceremony was delicious + delightful.
7.) The photo-shoot before the ceremony was neither delicious nor delightful.
8.) The ceremony was sweet and perfect and we are overjoyed that these two found each other. (PS their second date was a double date with me and Luke, so I will take full credit for their entire courtship and union. You're welcome.)
9.) Cutest. Wedding. Food. Ever.
10.) The entire day + couple + story + experience was
PERFECT.
