Way back when...
before there were skinny jeans, and drive-through everythings, and celebrities who dress themselves in raw meat, and libraries that you can carry around in your pocket...
I was a diver.
(That's me.)
I started in my junior year of high school and continued from then until my sophmore year at BYU. (And then I had to leave my beloved BYU to drag myself to the middle of a field to attend school at BYU-Idaho with psychotic roomates (I really must tell that story on this blog someday (But in the end it was all good since I got a guy and 2 daughters out of the deal (This is the 3rd parenthasis inside of a parenthasis that I have used in this paragraph. (It's like "Inception" - but with parenthasis. (I may have ADD.)))))).
Anyway...
In a random twist of fate, both my sister and brother ended up in my high school teacher's diving class at their college.
And I was lucky enough to join them.
And you are lucky enough that I do not embarrass easily.
I can say with 100% certainty that I was not the diver that I used to be (although that's not saying much).
And I can also say that my children were quite confused by the whole situation.
And I can also say that it was a super fun day and a miracle that I didn't break a bone.

If I didn't see you pregnant with both babies, I would not believe you gave birth to them. Amazing! Oh . . . and your dives are awesome, Ashes.
WOW!!! 100% impressed! Ash you are amazing! It was so fun to see you do something you love so much. It looks like you haven't lost it. And I agree with the above comment, how the heck have you had two babies, you would never know!
what don't you do, you are amazing, way to go!!!
I love this:) I would for sure break my back if I even attempted to do a dive!
